Can I do MBC at home?
Yes! MBC is designed so that you can train anywhere in the world – home, gym, hotel, park, vacation (you get the picture). You can choose the bodyweight workouts in the ‘Exercise Library’ if you’re exercising at home.
Can I do my own workouts/fitness activities?
Absolutely. If you’re running or doing other workouts not guided by the app, you’ll have the option to log these workouts after your short daily Coaching session. The app is fully flexible.
What are the workouts like?
- MBC’s team designed workouts for all abilities, from those who total beginners and building the habit of training, to experienced gym-goers.
- The app includes 1-3, 5-10 and 15-25 minute equipment-free home workouts.
- Also included is a suite of over 150 world-class gym-based workouts catering for a training frequency of 1-7 sessions per week. The app will cycle your program every 4 weeks for maximum results.
- Gym workouts last between 20-60+ minutes, with levels from beginner to advanced. All workouts incorporate warm-ups and cool-downs.
What equipment do I need?
The MBC 1-3, 5-10 and 15-25 minute home workouts don’t require any equipment. If you are using the gym workouts, you will need access to a barbell, dumbbells, bench and incline bench.
How long is the program?
Whilst it is very possible to see your body change quickly with MBC, the program is designed for lasting health and physique change. The best type of lifestyle change is progressive, rather than rushed.
The complete mind, diet and sleep coaching program is currently 48 weeks (coaching lasts 2-5 minutes per day).
Our coaches are always working to evolve and improve the coaching, with new home workouts also being added regularly.
Do I need to count calories?
A resounding no! MBC uses a science-driven method of diet coaching, designed by an advanced Sports Nutritionist (MSc). MBC will teach you a set of nutrition skills, focused on how you eat without restricting what you eat e.g. simple portion sizing, optimal eating speed, including foods that keep you fuller for longer etc.

I purchased my subscription via the Apple App Store and I want a refund. What can I do?
Unfortunately, we don't have access to Apple's App Store's subscription or billing details to cancel or refund these purchases. Apple App Store has a separate system for billing and payment information, we kindly ask that you visit the Apple App Store customer care department for more information as for your account status and to arrange a refund: https://support.apple.com/contact or by calling their support number in your region.
